Mr. Miller received his B.A. from St. John’s University in Minnesota and his law degree from The National Law Center, George Washington University in Washington D.C. Prior to coming to San Francisco, Mr. Miller enjoyed a clerkship with the Justice Department, United States Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C.

Upon his arrival to San Francisco, Mr. Miller began working with one of the Bay Area’s top ten largest law firms. He also helped carve out an extremely successful practice for Weisberg & Miller before starting The Law Offices of Craig S. Miller in 2021.

During Mr. Miller’s tenure as an attorney, he has handled hundreds of complex litigation and multi-party matters. He enjoys a vast business clientele who have called upon his services in dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation.

Mr. Miller’s background has further helped him to provide valuable services to his clients in the areas of Business Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Real Estate Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Litigation, Premises Liability, and Personal Injury Matters.
